We always can reach for thoughts that feel better…

  • Reaching for a better feeling or thought can open passages to wellbeing and attract positive outcomes
  • When you’re in the middle of a dire situation, always try to think of the next best thing you can do
  • Try to catch yourself and the negative thoughts so you can change them to positive ones
  • Just being aware of your emotions and knowing you can move away from them can help
  • We all must check ourselves when we feel that our buttons are pushed to change our thoughts about it
  • Sometimes we have to be more understanding with ourselves as well as others to stop the negative thoughts
  • Taking a deep breath and release the negativity so you can reach for a better thought!
