Return Policy

All purchases are made through PayPal and will appear on your credit card statement as LP Industries.

You will be sent an e-mail within seconds after the verification of your credit card purchase that will contain the information required to access the product(s) purchased.

Once you have access to our digital products or membership site, please check to see that everything is working properly and that you can open or view the information.  Report any issues to customerservice@lisampepe.com.

Refund Policy:

Due to the fact that our products are digital and you can access them immediately after purchase, refunds are limited.  You may request a full refund within 24-hours of receiving access to your products if you find they are inaccessible or if they are incompatible with your system.  Refund requests after the 24 hour period will be approved on a case by case basis. Please submit an e-mail to customerservice@lisampepe.com with your name, address, phone # and the reason for your request.  You will be contacted in 24 – 48 hours.  Thank you.

Third party companies will have their own refund policies so please be sure to read them before purchasing.
