In this super informative 1-day session, you will learn some of the underlying causes of wellness & weight issues.  I’ll teach you how just a few tweaks in your daily routine can help you lose weight fast and stay at your healthy weight for the rest of your life. And I’ll give you the easiest ways to incorporate the techniques into your busy life!

You will leave with the skills and an action plan that will help you live the Leaner Lady™ Lifestyle in a way that fits into YOUR life!  I’ll teach you how to take action so you can Feel Better in Your Body and Be Better in All Areas of Your Life! Take a look at the Workshop details below…
